Never received my item

We most certainly sent it. How long did you wait? Not long enough obviously. COVID-19 shipping delays are certainly not our fault. We advised you when we sent it to be patient and that it would take several weeks (if not months) to arrive to the USA. We order things all the time and we have NOT HAD ONE SINGLE THING go missing. Please be more patient when ordering things internationally! A very unfair "review". Very unfair.
